As a Warehouse Administrator, these are your tasks:
- You are responsible for the interaction between incoming goods flow, supply to production and exchange with external co-packing partners, including Weerwerk and Ambipack.
- You provide support to the Warehouse Supervisors by informing all parties of expected deliveries in good time, so that the planning can be drawn up efficiently.
- You take care of the administrative processing of incoming goods flows for production, as well as the documentation for outgoing production flows.
- You monitor the internal and external flow of goods on a daily basis and communicate changes. For this you are in contact with the finished products and marketing department.
- You follow up the internal drivers as well as the external transport partners
- You will assist in improvement projects related to the inbound flow of goods.
- You support the Warehouse Supervisors and carry out system checks
- You are a SPOC (single point of contact) for production planning and internal departments for incoming goods.
In this role you report to the Shipping & Warehouse Manager.
You have an aptitude for administration and organisation. In addition, you have experience with an ERP package and/or WMS environments; Microsoft Office has no secrets for you. Furthermore, you are a good communicator and a real team player. You are fluent in Dutch and have a basic knowledge of French, you are professional and honest. Finally, you are empathic, take initiative and think out-of-the-box.
